About this Opportunity :
T he Executive Assistant provides leadership and general administrative support to the executive team and serves as the agency's gatekeeper for external and internal inquiries, requests, and logistical matters as appropriate.
Primary responsibilities include liaising and providing support to the board of directors, recording and archiving board and leadership minutes and agendas, coordinating mail and other communications within and across the divisions, supervising reception, and serving as assistant and advisor to the President / CEO and support of the Executive Leadership Team.

Our ideal candidate will have a High School or GED and / or successful background in administrative support and the core responsibilities of this position.
