Overview of Role :

As a Product Manager for our Property Management vertical, you will lead product initiatives that facilitate an outstanding resident experience and improve operational efficiency. You'll own the product roadmap from strategy through execution, working directly with resident services, collections, and leasing teams to identify needs and build solutions. In this role, you'll join a small, collaborative team where you'll enjoy a high degree of ownership, autonomy and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Own key operational metrics and conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
• Lead the roadmap for development of our resident portal as a platform to build better resident relationships and reduce manual processes for operational teams
• Develop a unified resident profile system to improve relationship management and enable more comprehensive communication strategies
• Build a regulatory compliance system that automatically applies relevant rules and requirements based on property location and local jurisdictions
• Create and maintain reporting on KPIs and present findings to broader team / leadership
• Communicate and support training / adoption of product updates, features, and benefits to stakeholders
