Job Description

We are looking for an Analyst to support the NA Value Added Services Risk & Identity Solutions (RaIS) Product Office. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives related to Sales and Product priorities, including support of new product pilots in market.

This position reports to the Senior Director of the RaIS Product Office.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the management and execution of product pilots to ensure timely delivery and alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Support strategic initiatives related to sales and product priorities, including tracking progress and reporting outcomes of OKR's.
  • Support with analysis of NA RaIS sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, whitespace analysis, and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities and ensure the market is on track to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
  • Prepare and compile regular reports on project status, key metrics, and other relevant information for stakeholders.
  • Determine opportunities to improve processes and create operational efficiencies.
  • Support planning and execution of team meetings, including developing agendas, delivering recaps, and tracking action items.
  • Provide support to senior team members as needed and take on and drive to completion varying risk-related projects.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership / site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications :

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Experience in project management, sales support, or administrative roles within the risk, payments, or financial services industry

Proven experience collaborating in a team environment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to respond to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Additional Information

Work Hours : Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements : This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $117,600 to $166,150 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
