Job Details
This is an incredible opportunity to work with a fast-paced, results-oriented group. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and managing all aspects of our insurance clients' needs.
This role requires an individual who is comfortable working in a demanding environment, managing multiple priorities, and utilizing their excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities :
- Networking for new sales leads and being a trusted advisor in the community to build relationships for future sales.
- Thoroughly understanding customer’s needs to provide them with a comprehensive insurance policy to protect what is important to them.
- Oversee the renewal process for all assigned clients, including preparing renewal proposals and negotiating with carriers for the best terms.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with underwriters and adjusters to manage claims and risk management issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide the best advice and service to clients.
Qualifications :
- Valid state Property and Casualty License.
- Proven track record of building your own lead pipelines.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Commercial Auto Insurance, Workers Compensation, General Liability.
- Highly motivated, target driven and believes in delivering on quality to our customers.
- Excellent at generating new customer pipelines and experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Proven relationship management and communication skills.
- Previous experience working in a team environment.
- Experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
- An insurance designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU is preferred.
- This is an On-Site opportunity. No Remote option.
