We are looking for an exceptional program leader to help us develop new ways to build trust and loyalty with sellers, who represent more than half of all products sold on Amazon.
Millions of sellers around the globe have built their businesses on Amazon, and in this role you will be charged with building programs and products that ensure Amazon remains the best place for them to sell online.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and is comfortable conceptualizing and leading complex initiatives from end to end.
You should have proven experience in strategy, product development, large-scale execution, entrepreneurial innovation, working cross functionally with operations and engineering teams, and people leadership.
This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations and maintaining a high bar in a high pressure, dynamic environment.

and the ability to drive significant impact to the customer experience and the business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
