Summary : Seeking a Payroll Specialist III to manage payroll processing, audit manual checks, and resolve payroll anomalies.

Calculate, compile, and submit payroll information for assigned employee groups

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax guidelines

Create, review, and audit manual checks

Prepare manual upload files for payroll processing

Handle garnishment payroll entries and reviews

Support employee receivables process

Detect and resolve routine and complex payroll anomalies

Prepare external reports for internal business partners

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred; high school diploma with 6+ recent years of payroll experience accepted

Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables and VLookUp)

Experience with UltiPro Payroll, Costpoint Payroll, and Deltek T&E Systems highly desired

Pay : 30-36

Pay Details : $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
