To be completed during / after intake- Responsible for managing the front-end reporting side of Charter’s industry-leading customer experience metrics platform.

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Data Insights Manager on THIS team you’ll be responsible for managing the front-end reporting side of Charter’s industry-leading customer experience metrics platform.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required QualificationsExperience : 5 years of experience in a customer facing products / services environment 5 years of experience working within a data platform / data analysis environment 5 years of managing complex projects Experience leading teams of data analysts and data scientists.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Skills : Demonstrated in-depth ability to analyze, interpret and present dataDemonstrated in-depth skills with SQLDemonstrated in-depth understanding of design and implementation practices in Tableau desktop and serverDemonstrated in-depth knowledge and understanding of Agile Development MethodologiesDemonstrated in-depth understanding of advanced analytics processes and reporting design principlesDemonstrated in-depth business acumen and sense of urgency to achieve business resultsDemonstrated ability to manage complex and diverse projectsDemonstrated ability to manage development within a variety of technology stacksDemonstrated ability to deliver high quality softwareDemonstrated knowledge of development strategies, project management and business and technical consultancyAbilities : Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
