Do you enjoy working with numbers and are you a master in administration? You work accurately, you are proactive and you have the ambition to grow within the hotel.

Even though you work in an office, you always strive to achieve the best guest experience and drive the hotel’s performance together with your colleagues.

What else are you going to do? We will explain it shortly, but we are more than willing to tell you more about it in a conversation.

Together with your team, you are responsible for the internal procedures for collecting, recording and depositing the daily cash receipts.

Besides that, you take care of all invoices for creditors. Meaning that you record and process all invoices, you contact suppliers and other stakeholders and you control all outstanding purchase orders.

Lastly, you assists with the month-end and year-end closing for the hotel.

Do you recognize yourself as our Accounts Payable Clerk / General Cashier? Then we are looking for you!

Besides an enthusiastic personality you are / you have :

• A degree (HBO / MBO), preferably relevant to administration or finance
• Work experience in an administrative role, preferably within finance
• A team player with a Hands on’ mentality
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch language both spoken and written
• Excellent computer skills, including MS-office
• Has the ambition and potential to grow further in Finance in both the hotel and with Hilton
• In the possession of a valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands in case applicable.
