Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to assist in managing the demand generation efforts within our growing department.
Campaign Strategy and Execution :
- Assist in creating comprehensive plans to drive awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Support tailoring strategies to the mortgage industry's target audience and market dynamics.
- Identify new partners and opportunities for our lead generation programs.
- Help develop lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with content teams to produce engaging and informative materials relevant to mortgage customers.
- Contribute to understanding and mapping the customer journey to identify opportunities for engagement.
Search Engine Optimization :
- Support the creation of SEO plans tailored to the mortgage industry to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic for high-intent keywords.
- Align SEO strategies with company goals and target audience needs.
- Assist in developing effective link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and search rankings, including identifying backlink opportunities through outreach and partnerships.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track website performance, traffic trends, and keyword rankings.
- Use SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) for analysis and strategy development.
- Ensure all SEO activities comply with search engine policies to prevent penalties.
Online Reputation Management :
- Regularly monitor the company's online reputation across review sites, forums, and news outlets.
- Engage with both positive and negative feedback to improve customer relationships and resolve issues.
- Assist in promoting positive content and mitigating negative publicity.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate the company positively in the market.
Marketing Automation :
- Assist in managing various aspects of the email and SMS marketing platforms.
- Contribue to planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
- Support the integration of marketing automation tools with Salesforce CRM.
- Ensure all email templates and landing pages comply with CAN-SPAM Act, web accessibility standards, and ADA requirements.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent business experience required.
- 2+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or SEO roles.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, including integration with marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of website CMS platforms such as WordPress, basic understanding of HTML, and familiarity with SEO best practices for web content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Solid organizational skills and a results-oriented, collaborative work style.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
