Job Summary :
Responsible for completing various processes to produce a high-quality finished contact lens.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities :
- Understand and adhere to specified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), complying with FDA requirements and ISO standards.
- Verify setup and calibration of machines and tools daily.
- Proficiency in use of machines and tools not limited to but including : 10x loupes, micrometers, and pin gauges.
- Adhere to strict tolerances, verifying each part conforms to the work order.
- Document processes accurately by Good Documentation Practices standards.
- Maintain constant workflow keeping open communication with fellow Manufacturing Technicians and professionally conducting all job duties.
