Sterling Search Partners is helping a growing Madison client with its search for an Administrative Assistant. This position is on-site Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
We are looking for someone who can run an office and has a great personality.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to operations and service teams
- Generating invoices, customer follow up & accounts receivable
- Maintaining required business licenses (new & renewals)
- Purchasing and maintaining office supplies
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, training classes and other company events
- Assisting other departments and team members with miscellaneous tasks
- Spreadsheet development, monitoring, and tracking
- Creating, scheduling, tracking and invoicing service tickets and service department projects
- General office organizing
- Warehouse organization, shipping and receiving
- Other items as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role preferred
- Knowledge and experience with sales reporting, data entry, communication and customer service preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to relate and communicate with customers and sales teams
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Excel, Smartsheet, MailChimp)
- Customer service minded skillset
- Time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and scenarios
- Demonstrates a team-focused mentality and collaborates well with other employees
