FT - Preschool/Pre-K/K-Prep Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team and create a positive and engaging learning environment for preschoolers.

Key Responsibilities :

Child-Centered Learning : Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Individualized Car e : Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants, addressing their unique needs and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Effective Communication : Foster open and constructive communication with both children and their families, keeping parents informed of their child's progress.

Behavior Guidance : Employ positive guidance techniques to encourage appropriate behavior and social skills in preschool-age children.

Observation and Assessment : Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor children's developmental milestones and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

Safety and Wellbeing : Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children by adhering to safety guidelines and hygiene standards.

Collaboration : Work effectively with a team of educators and support staff, sharing ideas and best practices to enhance the learning environment.

Professional Development : Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and seek opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Associate / Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or 1-3 years experience in the industry.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning practices.
• Certified through the Department of Education and Care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and nurturing demeanor.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• MUST be able to work either 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm or 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm
