Production Operator
Mancan Temporary Employment Staffing Company is currently searching for
PRODUCTION OPERATORS for 1st, and 2nd shift positions. Interested applicants should have 2 years of general labor, and machine operation experience.
This position resides in North Royalton. (Not on the busline)
Monday-Friday
1st 7a-3 : 30pm $15 / hr
2nd shift 3p-11 : 30p $16 / hr
3rd shift 11p-7 : 30a $17 / hr
What can an applicant do to be successful as a production operator?
1. High attention to detail. - Must be able to perform inspection for any defects and report them immediately to a supervisor.
2. Have assembly experience. - You will be tasked with doing light assembly such as hole punching as well as but not limited to placing rubber O-rings on to specific parts.
3. Packaging and Labeling. - There are many different customers and each has a specific way they want their packaging and labeling to look.
There are guided books at each station that shows in picture and written detail of how parts should be packaged and labeled.
Again, attention to detail is key.
