Essential Functions :
- Prioritize projects assigned by Payroll Manager
- Prioritize team loads and projects to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist in training and guiding of new team members
- Project management
- Problem solving and error resolution
- Occasional payroll processing
- Other duties assigned

Required education and experience :
- HS Diploma or higher
- 1-3 years’ experience processing payroll
- Leadership or Project Management experience required
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Interest in expanding skills and knowledge of platforms as needed
Preferred skills and experience :
- Strong data entry skills
- Client service experience
- HR experience is a plus
Work environment
Work is generally performed in HORNE office setting
Physical demands
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
