Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Electronic Technician (E-Tech) to join our fast growing company. The E-Tech will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients and operations teams with project commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing electronic systems, data connectivity and training.

Locations : Texas, not limited to Odessa.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, calibrate, maintain and repair electronic equipment in our field units, including :
- Flow meters
- pressure transducers
- electric motors
- PLC's
- data acquisition systems
- Data transmission protocols including Modbus, TCP / IP
- Establish and conduct preventative maintenance schedules and keep records of them
- Familiar with data transmission like Starlink to cloud services
- Stay up to date on new technical trends and advancements
- Assist our warehouses with equipment maintenance, repair, calibration and training when required in the shop.
Qualifications :
- Associate degree or certification in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electronic Technician in the oil and gas industry or a similar industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of electronic principles, circuits, and systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic equipment using diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electronic systems and safety.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites. Estimated field travel is around 60% of the time.
- Ability to pass the company's drug and alcohol test.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $22.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.
