Position at First Cash What Makes a FirstCash Netsuite Administrator : We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite and a strong understanding of its functionalities.
As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for this cloud-based platform's maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation.
You will collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance, security, and availability.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in NetSuite Administration, troubleshooting, and scripting, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day NetSuite Administration tasks, including user access, roles, permissions, and customization of forms, fields, workflows, and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, and Order Management to align with business processes.
- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices guides for NetSuite users.
- Stay current with NetSuite updates, new features, and industry best practices, and recommend improvements to maximize system efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with NetSuite, including administration, configuration, and customization.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, including Electronic Banking, AP Check Processing General Ledger, and Reporting Suite Tax Engine and Expense Reporting.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- NetSuite certification(s) preferred.
