Employment Type : Full-Time

Starting Salary : $60,000 $75,000 per year, based on experience

Overview : Youngpreneur Academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to oversee the day-to-day operations and lead our organization.

The Executive Director will take on the responsibilities currently handled by the CEO, manage staff, oversee programs, and ensure the organization achieves its mission and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for youth entrepreneurship and community development.

Responsibilities :

• Leadership and Management :
• Oversee the daily operations of Youngpreneur Academy.
• Lead, mentor, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Program Oversight :
• Ensure the effective delivery and continuous improvement of all programs and services.
• Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments to meet targets.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects.
• Financial Management :
• Develop and manage the organization’s budget.
• Ensure financial stability and accountability through sound fiscal practices.
• Oversee fundraising efforts, including grant writing and donor relations.
• Community and Public Relations :
• Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, donors, and partners.
• Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and other engagements.
• Administrative Duties :
• Oversee the maintenance of organizational records and compliance with all legal requirements.
• Ensure effective communication and information flow within the organization.
• Manage the organization’s resources, including facilities and equipment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in a senior management role within a nonprofit organization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Experience in financial management and fundraising.
• Passion for youth development and community engagement.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Requirements :

• Consent to a full background screening, including a credit check and drug screening.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
