Examples of Duties
- Provides support to the Program Director of International Admissions for the development and coordination of the admissions, articulation, and transcript evaluation unit of the Center for International Education.
- Coordinates the daily operations of International Admissions application processing and is responsible for implementing Slate training and updates for International Admissions
- Acts as a point of contact and admissions support for Study Abroad staff within the CIE
- Calculates transfer GPA for determination of admission status, processes admission documents and reports and makes admission decisions
- Assists the Program Director of International Admissions with international transfer evaluations, articulation and awards transfer credit for University Core Curriculum
- Corresponds with prospective international students and outside recruiting agents through various forms of marketing and outreach, such as virtual workshops and social media platforms
- Processes change of curriculum / catalog year forms and updates the student record in the Banner system
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. A total of one (1) year (12 months) of work experience the area of university admissions, articulation, or transcript evaluation*
3. Based on position requirements, additional education, training, and / or work experience in the area of specialization inherent to the position, may be required.
