OneMain’s Organizational Development and Learning (ODL) team is growing. We are seeking a Coordinator to support the daily operations of the ODL team.
The role is responsible for scheduling learning sessions, managing the ODL calendar and communications, and owning the analytics data and reporting process.
This position reports to the ODL Director. The Coordinator will partner with the ODL team members and diverse stakeholders to provide project management support for team, department and organizational priorities.
In the Role
- Organize schedules for learning programs and meetings.
- Manage the ODL calendar with a project management skillset.
- Oversee registration, course completion and reporting via the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage logistics for virtual and in-person sessions and events. This includes coordinating with program managers to schedule participants, partnering with external facilitators, monitoring the technical end of virtual sessions, booking rooms and managing resources as needed.
- Own the ODL mailbox by addressing program-related inquiries related to training details, schedules, registration, and expectations.
Escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain routine communication with participants through Teams posts, updates, reminders for enrollment, and follow-up activities.
- Collect and analyze program feedback.
- Monitor and manage the learning request process.
- Attend programs to act as a liaison and producer for facilitators as needed.
- Collect and analyze program data.
- Maintain and organize learning content within a shared drive
Requirements
- 3+ years coordinator or administrator experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with team members at all levels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and enhancing the learner's experience.
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced, environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
- Experience working with SharePoint and a Learning Management System (Cornerstone a plus).
Preferred :
- L&D or HR experience and knowledge
- Project Management experience
- Data collection, reporting and analysis experience

New York, NY Target base salary range is $85,000-$95,000 which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
Baltimore, MD Target base salary range is $75,000-$85,000 which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.
