Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing IT SOX / FDICIA audit and IT general controls.
  • Review engagements of various sizes and types, including engagement planning, developing the audit work program, and supervising engagement staff.
  • Performs hands-on project tasks including preparing and reviewing workpapers and developing or reviewing client deliverables.
  • Communicates engagement status and issues to internal management and client personnel.
  • Sets performance expectations and provides performance feedback for other team members.
  • Drives staff training efforts and participates in external seminars and public speaking events.
  • Identifies opportunities for new engagements through internal and external sources and participates in business development efforts.

Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as management information systems, accounting, or business. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5-7 years experience in public accounting, internal audit, consulting, or IT auditing with a focus on IT SOX / FDICIA.
  • A minimum of one relevant industry certification, such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CISSP, or CITP.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing draft deliverables, such as executive summaries and consulting reports.
  • Experience auditing information systems controls, including network operating systems, applications, and security administration.
  • Ability to work on-site at client locations, including overnight travel up to 20%.
  • Ability to maintain a hybrid schedule, in office 1-2 days a week.
