Job Description :

Are you residence in Lagos Nigeria? We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Event Marketer to join our ReInvent X program team.

This individual will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to maximize ticket sales and overall awareness of the event.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in event marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or marketing roles.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate ticket sales for the ReInvent X program.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce promotional materials that reflect the ethos and goals of the ReInvent X program.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Maintain regular contact with potential attendees through direct outreach and engagement strategies.
• Manage and oversee the event’s social media presence and engage with followers.
• Track marketing campaign results and analyze data to enhance future marketing strategies.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to the event's promotion.
• Provide regular updates to the management team on marketing progress and sales metrics.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role with a focus on event promotion.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including digital and traditional advertising, social media, content creation, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• High proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience with CRM software and digital analytics tools.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Residence in Nigeria (Lagos added advantage)

Desired Skills :

• Experience in event planning or management.
• Familiarity with the industry sector relevant to the ReInvent X program.
• Strong network within the marketing and event industry.
