Our Impact :

We support Single Family Real Estate Department in the Legal Division. We are the Term of Business(TOB) Control Group and we manage the TOB Library for Single Family Contracts as well as multiple process and projects for the Single Family Real Estate Department.

Your Impact :

This role will include the following job responsibilities :

• Responsible for coordinating and managing significant projects to carry out responsibilities of a Legal Division department.
• Represents the organization as a principal contact and often performs project leadership role.
• Often must facilitate or lead a cooperative and collaborative effort among members of a project team.
• Act as liaison or facilitator with business and support area subject matter experts and staff.
• Provides resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems. Solutions are innovative, detailed, and practicable.

Works under limited direction to independently determine and develop approach to solutions.

• Implement processes & procedures in a high-quality, efficient, and team-oriented manner.
• Lead change management of TOBs and contracts via implementation plans, as assigned.
• Act as Paralegal or Final Approver (TOB Control Unit) in Contract Management System Icertis (CMSI), as assigned, to move TOB Requests into the TOB Library with attention to detail and focus on business area and client needs.
• Support the administration and management of TOB Control Group Mailbox to fulfill requests from business areas : TOB comparisons (redlines) & TOB searches / impacted Client contracts
• Participate in drafting / updating and reviewing team job aids and procedures
• Serve as back-up for TOB Control Group teammates
• Support Contract Management System Icertis (CMSI) testing needs for business partners
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications :

• 5-7+ years of related experience.
• College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies / degree preferred.
• Strong quantitative, analytic, and project management skills are required.
• Proficiency in essential business tools (MS Office Suite, SharePoint, etc.)
