OVERVIEW
Step into a strategic role at the heart of an innovative Software As A Service (SaaS) technology company that drives meaningful, tech-enabled solutions for public safety.
As the Director of Operations, you will lead with purpose, managing supply chain efficiencies, refining inventory control, and optimizing our responsive, back-office support operations.
You’ll be instrumental in shaping operational excellence and delivering high-impact strategies that push service quality to new heights.

THE REAL WORK
1. Supply Chain Optimization : Drive end-to-end supply chain performance, aligning resources and managing costs. Develop strategies to anticipate demand and optimize inventory levels.
2. Onsite Support Operations Management : Lead onsite back-office and customer support operations, actively engaging with team members and addressing customer needs in real-time.
Promote productivity and exceptional service standards through hands-on oversight.
3. Process Standardization : Establish and continuously improve SOPs, maintaining regulatory standards and consistent quality.
4. Collaborative Alignment : Engage with departments to ensure cross-functional goals are met through seamless communication.
5. Performance & Metrics Insigh t : Track KPIs, presenting insights and actionable recommendations.
6. Onsite Leadership Developmen t : Foster a high-performing team through present, accountable leadership. Be consistently available to support professional growth, ensuring team members feel valued and empowered.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s preferred.
5+ years in operations, focusing on supply chain and support services.
Proven analytical skills and data-driven approach.
Demonstrated onsite leadership experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
