A company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to ensure loan quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and submit loan files requested by investors within assigned deadlines

Analyze deficiency letters and maintain quality control records

Collaborate with underwriters to resolve deficiencies and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

5+ years of experience as a QC Underwriter or Production Underwriter

Strong knowledge of investor and agency requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA)

Experience with loan origination systems such as Encompass

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
