CarBrain is a leading private nationwide car buying company that specializes in purchasing less-than-perfect vehicles, such as wrecked, broken down, and collision-damaged cars online.
They make the process of selling a car easy and convenient, offering free pickup and a price for the vehicle. CarBrain then sells to auctions and other large enterprises that are domestically focused.
CarBrain is a part of the CAS Automotive group which includes two other businesses, CAS Miami and CAS Auto.
The Position
CarBrain is a thriving business with a strong foundation and network and with great potential for continued growth. The Head of Marketing will own digital acquisition marketing for CarBrain with a focus on attracting new customers profitably via all digital channels.
This individualexpands use of top-of-funnel and mid-funnel sources and optimizes bottom-of-funnel sources. They will constantly identify and expand into newdigital channels and to grow media spend profitably to increase customers, revenues, and profits.
This position will serve as the digital marketingsubject matter expert and will be instrumental in driving traffic and conversion in the digital arena for the CarBrain business.
S / He ideally provides strategic guidance to peers and the team on effective digital marketing strategies, leadership & mentorship to digital marketing team, partner with creative services and work closely with cross-functional departments to execute campaigns and ensure all online & mobile marketing activities are well supported throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Experience
- BS / BA or equivalent combination of education & experience required
- 10+ years digital marketing experience
- Successful track record of leadership (direct and indirect) experience
- Creative / innovative thinker; organized / detail-oriented; team player / solution-oriented approach
- Results-oriented self-starter with track record of excellent results in a fast-growth environment
- Thrive in a culture of high accountability, where every team member is looking to improve daily
- Team oriented and collegial
- Have gravitas to develop grow and mentor the team, yet also be approachable and grounded
