Job Title : Receiving Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. The role varies by shift : the 1st shift focuses on receiving and storing products.

Responsibilities include : moving and pulling materials using a sit-down forklift and an overhead crane (training provided), verifying materials via packing slip and tape measure, and potentially loading flatbed trucks using an overhead crane.

An RF scanner will guide you on the items to be loaded or pulled next.

Hard Skills

• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• 1+ year of reading a tape measure
• Previous machine operation or forklift experience is a plus

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 18 Week(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Boca Raton, Florida.

Work Environment

This position operates in a non-air-conditioned warehouse that runs 24 / 7 from Monday to Friday. The 1st shift hours are 6 am - 2 : 30 pm, with a pay rate of $16.

25 / hr. Training is provided on the 1st shift from 9 am - 5 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday, lasting 3 to 4 weeks. The average workweek is 40-45 hours, with two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch.

The dress code includes pants, a plain colored T-shirt, and steel toe boots..
