TheJob You WillPerform :
- Providesadministrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Corporate Compliance Officer and other Directors in the FinanceDivision.
- Manages daytoday officemanagement for the Fiscal Services and Revenue Cycle Servicesdepartments.
- Manages arrangementsprepares board portal and PowerPoint presentations for monthlyBoard Audit & Finance Committee meetings.
Coordinatesscheduling food service arrangements and special needs. Generatesand maintains files for reports andminutes.
Prepares all correspondenceand reports for the CFO Controller Sr. Director of Revenue CycleServices Director of Budget & Reimbursement and thedivision as requested.
Composes and edits correspondence. Providesresearch for projects surveys andapplications.
Prepares agendasmaintains reports and audit documents for Corporate ComplianceCommittee meetings and supports the Corporate Compliance Officer inother compliancerelated activities.
Tracks and maintains a file ofBusiness AssociateAgreements.
Maintains &manages schedules for the CFO Controller Sr. Director of RevenueCycle Services Director of Budget & Reimbursement and otherDirectors in the Finance Division.
Analyzes incoming mail &emails to determine significance distribution and followup. Answersphone and screens / directs incoming calls promptly andefficiently.
Develops and maintainsdepartment records and files to ensure timely and accurate accessto required financial information.
Performs other duties asassigned.
Requirements
TheQualifications Skills and Knowledge You WillBring :
- StrongExcel skills with the ability to use Excel for reportingand presenting data.
- 2 to 5 years ofdirect administrative assistantexperience.
- AssociatesDegree in business or a related field isrequired.
- Strong computer skillsincluding proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word andPowerPoint.
- Experience withcorporate compliance is aplus.

Previous experience overseeing the employee relations of a largenumber of employees in multi-site setting highly desirable.
Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment law, CMS, OSHAand TJC regulatory compliance. Five years of progressive HRexperience with a concentration on Employee Relations, TalentAcquisition, Talent Management, Training and Development andCompensation Management preferably in the healthcareindustry.
