Ignite is currently recruiting for a Management Analyst / Executive Assistant to support customer efforts on our contract in Huntsville, AL.

Job Requirements

Ignite is currently recruiting for a Management Analyst / Executive Assistant to support customer efforts on our contract in Huntsville, AL.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills paired with excellent data analysis and reporting abilities.

This position is responsible for managing and tracking support agreements, reimbursable agreements, and data reporting in addition to providing executive-level communications and administrative support.

Position type : On-site with opportunities for partial remote work

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

Data Reporting and Agreement Management : Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information. Review submissions for accuracy, formatting, and content.

Develop and maintain data reporting mechanisms utilizing various automated systems and Microsoft products to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.

Manage and track support agreements and reimbursable agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Executive Support : Conserve the executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents;

collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications. Maintain the executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

Welcome guests and customers by greeting them in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Administrative and Office Management : Complete projects and follow up on results to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products;

placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Additional Duties as required : Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Support evolving and varied customer requirements.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong reporting skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in scheduling and travel logistics, including Defense Travel System
  • Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Strong initiative, organizational, and time management skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Active SECRET security clearance
  • On-site, direct customer support is required
