Job Description

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for tenant improvement projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in tenant improvement or commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
