Job Description

  • Oversee and manage tenant improvement projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and status reviews to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff and project team members.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing tenant improvement projects in the commercial construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (, MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam).
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
