The Salesforce Administrator will champion the implementation and ongoing development of Salesforce within our growing company.

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will work closely with the sales department and product owner to optimize use of the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and possesses excellent technical skills to manage the database and reporting, while providing ongoing training and support to our users.

The main objective will be to identify, develop, and deploy creative solutions to complicated business challenges that increase the growth and profitability of our organization

  • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
  • Maintain the sales cloud and build custom reports and dashboards.
  • Perform database maintenance including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases as well as provide training and support for those releases.
  • Document processes include error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Prepare reports for Sales and other departments
  • The job includes other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
  • Extensive experience in the administration, maintenance, and upgrades of salesforce systems, and ensuring successful integrations.
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain salesforce databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in creating salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating salesforce reports.
  • Ability to provide salesforce training and end-user support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of CPQ is a plus
  • Knowledge of Field Service Lightning is a plus

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or related field
  • Salesforce certified administrator
