Aventura at Walton Hills is hiring a receptionist for the following shifts :
Monday - Friday from 4p-8p.

Receptionist Responsibilities :
- Answer phone, take messages, and direct calls
- Greet and directs visitors and vendors to the proper area by name when possible
- Ensures work area, reception area, and the entrance is kept neat and clean
- Complete clerical work such as; typing, filing, sorting and distributing mail; as needed
- Handles outgoing mail accurately, and timely
Qualifications :
Preferred Long Term Care experience
