We are currently looking for an
- EXPERIENCED
- Used Car Manager.
Must have auto dealership sales and management experience to be considered for the position.
Must be proficient with purchasing and appraising vehicles, great customer service skills, able to hire, coach and train sales consultants and operate the department on a daily basis.
Must have a valid & clean Illinois driver's license as well as pass a background check.
Must have background and / or experience with Special Finance.
- Work finance deals for customers
- Follow company sales process
- Utilize CRM to fullest extent
- Train and coach sales consultants
- Maximize gross profit
- Maintain used car inventory
- Utilize inventory management system effectively
