SENIOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER (ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS)

The Senior Accounting Operations Manager will lead a team of 7-12 staff and be responsible for global accounting operations functions such as : Accounts Payable, AR / Collections, GAAP compliance, Payroll processing, cash flow forecasting, audit support, and driving process improvements and efficiencies.
This role will also support ongoing systems improvements and implementations and will help develop and mentor staff.
The right candidate for this role will have :
- Bachelor's in Accounting / CPA or CMA preferred
- 6-8 years of progressive experience, including prior experience managing and developing staff
- Expertise in Accounting Operations or Shared Services functions (Accounts Receivable / Collections, Payroll processing, Accounts Payable and GL Accounting)
- Experience working in a fast growing SaaS company is preferred
- Strong systems acumen and prior experience supporting systems implementations
- Preference given to those with NetSuite expertise
- A history of job stability is required for consideration.
