Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) within our Professional Services Department.
The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and oversee the deployment of multiple software products across strategic or large enterprise accounts.
This role requires working closely with multiple practices within the Services department and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Program Planning and Execution : Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Ensure the alignment of projects with the company's strategic objectives and customer needs.
Serve as primary contact with our Customers.
Partners with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions, managing executive and technical stakeholders, critical milestones, risk and communications.
Plans and directs integration of project management team members representing various functional areas within the company.
Ensures alignment with a master plan and customer commitments.
Coordinate and integrate efforts across multiple projects to achieve program goals.
Conducts program coordination meetings and leads program reviews.
Scope Validation and Control : Define and validate program scope, ensuring that all projects align with the approved scope.
Monitor and control scope changes to prevent scope creep and ensure projects meet customer requirements as defined in the statement of work.
Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks at both the program and project levels.
Develop risk management plans and contingency strategies to address potential issues.
Financial Management : Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Track and report on financial performance, including forecasting and variance analysis.
Stakeholder Analysis and Management : Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on program progress and addressing concerns.
Change Management : Executes a governance framework (including change control and escalations) for both the constituent projects and the program itself, throughout the program.
Implement change management processes to manage and communicate changes to program scope, schedule, and resources.
Ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions during program execution.
Communications Management : Communicates the Customer’s overall vision within PowerSchool teams to align focus and successfully achieve results.
Consolidate project reports into a comprehensive program report, providing a single voice to the customer.
Serve as the primary escalation point for program-related issues, facilitating resolution and communication.
Continuous Improvement Assesses program methods and processes and identifies changes that will produce efficiencies in execution for continuous improvement of projects and programs.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
Experience : A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, preferably within the software or IT services industry.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects and programs within strategic or enterprise-level accounts.
Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in Customer Facing Professional Services / Solution Deployment organization
Can flexibly work with geographically dispersed teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and business writing skills.
Experience in Budget Management
Ability to formulate implementation options and help achieve win-win solutions for internal stakeholders, customers and vendors.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training;
licensures, degrees, and certificates; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data / range parameters.
