As the Strategic HR Partner, you will serve as a pivotal figure within Tyson’s Human Resources department, directly reporting to the Strategic People Partner.
This role demands a collaborative partnership with leadership teams to ensure HR strategies are in alignment with our business goals, both strategically and operationally.
Your responsibilities will include providing guidance, counsel, and coaching to leaders, enhancing their operational efficiency and talent management.
You will lead a team of HR Partners in driving the execution of people strategies that not only meet but exceed our business requirements, while serving as the talent leader for your assigned area of support.
Responsibilities :
- Coach and influence leadership teams, aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
- Translate business goals into actionable HR plans, focusing on critical skills, roles, and succession planning.
- Identify and address skill gaps, measure progress, and refresh succession plans.
- Recognize behavior patterns potentially leading to team dissatisfaction and strategize on preventive measures.
- Evaluate talent, collaborate with Talent Centers of Excellence (COE) to review and enhance learning catalogues, and inform learning strategies based on performance and budget analysis.
- Diagnose barriers to success, collaborate on solutions, and support leaders in driving process improvements.
- Lead and foster an agile, collaborative work environment, focusing on innovative programs that prepare the workforce for the future.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that streamline processes and workflows.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance digital dexterity within the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Special skills include the ability to drive process improvement and manage confidentiality.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Willingness to undertake up to 10 domestic trips per year.
