Essential Job Duties : Completes the routine physical assessment using common assessment skills in a systematic manner.Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.

Records physical findings, formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician.

Respects patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care.Assists with patient education to promote self-care and patient independence.

Follows company policies and procedures and department protocols.Qualifications : Graduate from an accredited MSN or PA programMust have Indiana RN license.
