A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator II (100% Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable tasks including daily wire posting and exception processing
Conduct complex account research and resolve payment discrepancies
Provide customer support and maintain financial integrity across transactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Two years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, finance, or a related field, or a combination of a degree and one year of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong judgment and analytical skills
High school diploma or equivalent; college-level coursework in accounting or finance preferred
Experience with payment processing systems such as ACH / EFT and credit card transactions
