Outside Sales Professional Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of B2B inside and outside sales experience with a proven ability to close deals
- Bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
Outside Sales Professional Responsibilities :
- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients; manage the full sales cycle
- Conduct building surveys, develop proposals, and close sales by building rapport with prospects
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM, ensuring accurate records
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive cold calling and lead generation
