Express Employment is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join a great team as a 1st Shift Quality Assurance.
As a Quality Assurance professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products.
You will be responsible for conducting inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to monitor and improve product quality
- Identify and address any quality-related issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
- Document and report on quality metrics, including non-conformities and corrective actions taken
- Develop and conduct training programs to educate employees on quality control processes and requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and techniques
- Ability to read blue prints
- Strong knowledge of precision measuring equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Proficient in interpreting technical specifications and blueprints
- Experience in conducting inspections and audits
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of industry regulations and standards
- Availability for 1st shift hours
