VP & Global Head - New Business Sales
VP & Global Head - New Business Sales is responsible for identifying new opportunities and customers globally to grow Iyuno’s revenue across all products and services.
Iyuno aims to generate over $50m from new business in the medium term. This role leads a global team, with personnel in the USA, Europe, and Asia to deliver a step change in current performance to achieve the company goals.

The role will focus particularly on growing sales and developing new business through prospecting referrals that will benefit from new technology solutions such as AI-assisted Dubbing processes.
The individual will work closely with the Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure Iyuno innovation and service activities deliver on client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of business development personnel, leading by example and providing coaching and mentoring to enable team success
- Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead research, market analysis, industry networking, and other prospecting activities to identify leads and opportunities across verticals and clients
- Identify and direct new business development opportunities, determining strategic direction and tone together with senior management
- Maintain an effective sales pipeline and tracking of leads, opportunities, and deals to help drive success both individually and with the team
- Develop project budgets and participate in developing RFPs for business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to create / revise strategic client proposals.
Skills and Experience Required :
- Proven ability to creatively secure new clients and break into new industry verticals
- Proven ability to negotiate large-scale sales working with senior-level client executives to achieve success
- Ability to lead and coach an international team of business development executives to maximize team performance.
- Experience of working across client opportunities and verticals in the Americas, Europe, and Asia
- Adaptability, drive, and motivation to consistently improve by staying ahead of the curve on changes within the media, gaming, or influencer industries
- Ability to collaborate with other client-facing teams and technology, operations, and product teams to help innovate products and services to meet client and industry needs
- Strong business and financial acumen, and a passion for client success.
- An in-depth knowledge of media production, distribution, and delivery process.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to represent the company across multiple sectors.
