Director of Implementation

Overview Base pay range : $105,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr. This range is provided by Daniels Health. Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors unique to each candidate, such as prior experience, skill, certifications, and work location. Who we are looking for An experienced leader with a background implementing and deploying new products, services, or systems in a healthcare environment to oversee our Implementation team. Experience working in Medical Waste is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate must have excellent organization and communication skills and be able to interact seamlessly with customers and key internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Role Overview This role will be responsible for managing a team of Implementation Project Managers and other Implementation support personnel. They will take ownership for and quarterback all Implementation processes to ensure the smooth and successful deployment of the Daniels Sharpsmart system at new customer locations with minimal impact on their day-to-day operations. This includes management and tracking of the entire Implementation lifecycle from pre-contact execution to the first customer invoice and beyond. Duties and Responsibilities Manage and oversee the development of Implementation Project Managers and other Implementation support personnel Hire and train new team members as needed Delegate tasks and assignments to Implementation team as needed Manage all aspects of implementations at new customer locations Work closely with the Sales team to plan for new opportunities in the Sales Pipeline Work closely with the Director of Installation and Supply Chain Director to ensure all product is delivered for new customer installations on time Develop KPIs to measure the team’s performance Update and create new SOPs as needed Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to streamline processes Develop and implement systems, process improvements, and strategies to optimize and enhance the overall operations of the Implementation team and Implementation process Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed Work with customers and internal stakeholders to help resolve any issues as they arise Other duties as assigned Candidate Profile 5 year in a leadership role Experience implementing and deploying new products, services, or systems in a healthcare environment Self-motivated, self-directed, problem solver with excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Highly organized High level of personal ownership Strong leadership skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently without minimal direct supervision Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately Ability to lead and influence direct and non-direct reports Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced growth environment Ability to work independently and make high impact decisions with limited data Ability to adapt to changing situations as new information and updates become available Ability to learn and utilize new computer programs Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products Employment details Seniority level : Not Applicable Employment type : Full-time Job function : Management and Manufacturing Industries : Hospitals and Health Care Job Title Sr. GTM Field Operations Manager- Industry Expansion Location : Chicago, IL J-18808-Ljbffr
