Environmental Health and Safety Manager
Salary : $105K - $115K (Negotiable)
Location : Kennesaw, GA (On-Site with travel)

Job Summary :
As the Environmental Health and Safety Manager, you will lead efforts to ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all locations and job sites. Your role includes :
- Developing and managing EHS programs
- Conducting safety training and audits
- Investigating incidents and recommending preventative measures
- Ensuring environmental compliance
- Supporting EHS systems and programs
Essential Functions :
- Manage and exceed compliance with state and federal EHS regulations
- Oversee and conduct safety training (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Track and report safety incidents
- Communicate with injured workers, HR, and supervisors
- Conduct ergonomic evaluations and new hire orientation
- Support and improve EHS systems
- Collaborate with corporate teams on safety programs
- Ensure regulatory compliance through audits and inspections
- Manage Workers' Compensation and incident investigations
- Maintain knowledge of EHS regulations and provide expertise
- Drive safety awareness and culture change
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Professional EHS certification (e.g., CSP, ASP)
- 5-7 years of EHS experience
- Experience with EHS management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Strong background in occupational safety
- Independent and team player with strong documentation skills
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to travel 40-50% and work irregular hours as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
