- Process and maintain payroll, including verifying timekeeping records, calculating wages, and ensuring timely payments to employees.
- Experience in processing multi-state payroll
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including new hires, terminations, leaves, and changes in employee information.
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Perform special payroll related functions such as time off accruals, retroactive payment calculations, overtime FLSA calculations
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ yearsof payroll processing experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Understanding and working knowledge of payroll software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates integrity, strong character, and a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
Even Better
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience with Workday
- FPC CPP or equivalent amount of experience

The expected salary range for this position is between :
$62,700.00 - $76,900.00
The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
