About the Role : As a Corporate Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for managing automation projects across multiple plants in the U.

S., focusing on pre-production projects and collaborating with integrators. You will play a crucial role in developing RFQs and equipment specifications for capital and tooling requirements, overseeing production processes, and ensuring successful project implementation from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead pre-production planning and project implementation for new and existing product lines.
  • Collaborate with vendors and integrators, particularly in automation and capital equipment.
  • Optimize and plan production processes, including work cell layout, ergonomic workstation design, and line balancing.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and ensure all projects meet established timelines and standards.
  • Focus on sensor integration and process optimization for tire and wheel lines.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 3+ years in pre-production planning and process optimization within a plant setting. Tire and wheel experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills : Strong background in sensor integration, automation, and robotics. Familiarity with planning rather than just maintenance of day-to-day operations.
  • Mindset : Ability to hit the ground running, take initiative, and lead projects through unfamiliar territories.
