Job Title : Executive Assistant & Shipping Clerk

Job Type : Part-Time (24 hours per week)
Reports to : President and Purchasing & Logistics Manager

Responsibilities :
Executive Assistant Role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the President.
- Manage the President's calendar, arrange travel plans, itineraries, and meetings.
- Compose and prepare correspondence, handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between staff, vendors, and clients; manage special projects.
- Run errands, draft emails and letters, and take comprehensive notes at meetings.
Shipping Clerk Role
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, verify records, and prepare items for dispatch.
- Determine the method of shipment, assemble containers, pack items securely, and affix shipping labels.
- Unpack and inspect incoming shipments, report damages and shortages.
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies, order products as needed.
- Utilize UPS.com, FedEx.com, USPS.com for various shipping tasks.
- Store items in walk-in freezers and examine outgoing shipments to ensure specifications are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; secondary education is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Gmail, Google Suite Apps, and shipping websites.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Broward County, Florida.
Your Schedule :
Available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays for a total of 24 hours per week.
