Job Title : Industrial Maintenance Technician - UP TO $40 / HR ALL SHIFTS!

Job Description

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will :

• Perform 50% electrical and 50% mechanical troubleshooting, working with systems such as 480V 3-phase, 120V single-phase, and 24V DC / AC.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on 13 injection molding machines to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Maintain and troubleshoot air compressors, water pumps, and switch gears.
• Engage in minimal welding and fabrication tasks as required.
• Use radio communication to troubleshoot secondary auxiliary equipment effectively.
• Manage work orders and inventory through Windsor Mold software for organized maintenance operations.
• Occasionally perform robot end-of-arm changes and program adjustments to enhance automation

Hard Skills

MUST HAVES :

• 1-3 years of industrial maintenance or PM looking to advance with some schooling
• GED or high school diploma
• Steel toes

ELECTRICAL :

• 2+ years of 480 v experience
• 2+ years of 3 phase experience
• Ability to read / interpret blue prints

MECHANICAL :

• Troubleshooting injection molding presses and schematic reading
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• MIG or stick welding / fabrication

NICE TO HAVES :

• PLC troubleshooting
• Candidates on the lower end of the pay range looking for $26-$27 / hr
• Auto mechanic or diesel mechanic experience
