Summary

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking an hourly locum Optometrist to join our Riverfront Medical Center team in Spokane, Washington.

Optometrists at Kaiser Permanente provide full-scope eye care in a multi-disciplinary setting, including :

• The diagnosis and management of visual function, including contact lenses and specialty contact lenses.
• The diagnosis and management of conditions affecting ocular health including ophthalmic manifestations of systemic disease and medications.
• Co-management of ocular disease and post-operative care with Ophthalmology.

Our medical centers are fully equipped with the latest technologies and our teams includes skilled, well-trained, certified ophthalmic techs that provide support to our doctors.

We have a full-service Optical dispensary and Epic electronic medical records at all practice locations.

Qualifications

Education

Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited School of Optometry.

Experience

All applicants must possess a full range of clinical skills and an interest in working with an innovative group practice.

Preferred : Completion of one-year Optometry Residency program preferred.
