IT Service Operations Manager

As the IT Service Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within the company's core strategies.

You will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and coordinating all aspects of managed and professional services, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

This is a Direct Hire role. USC only.

• What you will be doing as a IT Service Operations Manager…
• Provide direction and leadership for all aspects of business operation activities.
• Develop and implement operations strategies to enhance execution and deliver added value to clients.
• Proactively communicate with and seek feedback from clients to continuously improve client satisfaction.
• Ensure customer contractual commitments and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and expectations are managed throughout the service delivery team.
• Effectively manage resources to ensure timely completion of moves, adds, changes, and decommissions within budget constraints.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with a high sense of urgency.

• Excellent management skills related to Project Management.
• Ability to extrapolate data and make informed business decisions.
• Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment.
• Proficiency in supporting network infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Strong operational experience with DNS, TCP / IP, LAN, WAN architectures, etc.
• Experience in developing and managing ticketing and monitoring systems.
• Strong analytical skills and systems mindset to improve operations.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
