About the Company :
Our client is a privately owned investment firm that invests in media, communications, and technology businesses. The Legal Operations Associate will provide support for document management, compliance, database platforms, and electric invoices.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and admin staff regarding matters set up for ebilling
- Review invoices, and maintain vendor, timekeeper, and budget information
- Submit and monitor matter management, e-billing, document management, and compliance support tickets
- Track status of invoices received for electronic submission to ensure completion
- Produce regular monthly reports in addition to ad hoc reports
- Maintain integrations between databases, including updating of values due to acquisition and divestiture actions, as well as per the needs of the trademark group
- Work with members within compliance to configure and maintain training campaigns and reports
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as a billings coordinator
- Experience with various billing platforms a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Salary Range : $75,000-$85,000
